Architectural Technologist – You will have access to the architectural technologist on staff to advise you on your selections and any other items construction items.

Pre-drywall Inspection – Allows you to inspect and approve in writing every aspect of your home's construction before it is hidden from view.

Homeowner Checklist – You will receive a check list for the tasks that you will need to take care of to close your house purchase.

900 Point Checklist Before Move-in – Karwood does a final in-house inspection before you are scheduled for your final inspection.

Detailed Final Inspection - A Karwood staff member will guide you through a final room by room, point by point inspection to make sure you are happy with the final result. We also explain all the features and equipment found in your new home. Make sure you bring a snack because we are thorough and it may take a while.

Deficiencies – All deficient items are repaired before occupancy.

Quoted Price – You pay only the quoted price plus or minus signed change orders.
